Terms & conditions
Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Pricing and currency
International prices are set individually in each available currency. The price and currency shown at checkout are the ones charged, and they are stored with your order.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated from the total weight of your order and your delivery country, and is shown before payment. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.
Duties and taxes
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are payable by the recipient.
Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or carriers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
