Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to every country listed at checkout. If yours is not listed yet, contact us and we will look into adding it.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is based on the total weight of your bag and your delivery country. The exact cost is shown before you pay — never after.

Which currencies can I pay in?

You can shop and pay in USD or EUR. Prices are set per currency, so there are no surprise conversion charges.

Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?

Possibly. Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These are not included in your order total.

How long will delivery take?

Most destinations receive their parcel within 7–14 business days. The estimate for your country is shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email, and you can check progress any time on the order tracking page.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Sometimes, but quantities are limited. Contact us about a specific piece and we will tell you if it is returning.

Can I return an item?

Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
