Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return
Email us your order number and the piece you would like to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within one business day.
Condition
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original packaging and tags attached.
Return shipping & duties
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Customs duties or import taxes already paid to the destination country are not refundable by WEARLOUNGE.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in the currency of your order, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the parcel.
